Postcards from Katrina TM is a community arts prevention program, part of Promising Futures, encourage people to use the power of arts and writing to express hope and overcoming crisis. Stop by the booth to learn about the 2007 PfK youth arts/writing contest and get an entry form. While there, get a mental health screening, and pick up tip sheets to help youth cope with crisis, depression, and stress, get a recommended self-help book list, and a referral list of quality parent educational resources, life coaches and mental health providers. Coloring materials will be available for kids to make postcards of hope.
